Waiver of Liability/ Emergency Authorization
To enable the Rosenthal JCC & Transylvania Gym
& Soccer LLC to accept registration and permit participation in the
Rosenthal JCC and Transylvania Gym & Soccer LLC’s
activities by the above named player. I player’s parent /guardian, hereby
give my consent to his /her participation and agree to release, indemnify,
and hold harmless, the Rosenthal JCC
and Transylvania Gym & Soccer LLC, their officers, directors
instructors/coaches, and representatives from any claim out for injury arising
out of the Rosenthal JCC and Transylvania
Gym & Soccer LLC ’s activities.
In case of emergency I hereby authorize treatment and
care of player by any hospital, doctor, or emergency or ambulance
association.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Transylvania
Soccer clinic is committed to providing quality instruction in a fun-filled atmosphere.
Our organizational goal is to have every player leave with better soccer
skills and knowledge of the game, than when they arrived. We hope they will
continue to learn and be inspired by the knowledge and skills they acquire.
This program is an OPTIONAL and FUN opportunity for players, to
practice with kids from variety of towns, under our advanced staff
supervision.
FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS
We have developed flexible programs for all ages that
include appropriate activities and games, the progressive match play to
correspond to their age, level and experience of play.
Ages 4 - 5
q Teaching
will be focused on the ball control, turning, dribbling and shooting.
q Passes
for possession and field vision.
Ages 6 -7
q Concentration
on changing direction, pace of run, faints, shielding, dribbling and passing
for possession, also power shooting.
