Quality Instruction in a fun-filled atmosphere for players U6 – U14. Campers will improve their skills, understanding of the game and confidence on the field.
Choose from 6 weekly sessions held on the beautiful campus of the Rippowam-Cisqua School in Mt. Kisco, NY. Campers have access to a covered Turf Soccer Field House, Indoor Gym, Lunch Room with recreational space and excellent Grass Fields. All Transylvania Coaches are professional, certified and experienced working with players ages 6-14.

9:00 am – Arrival
9:00 – 9:10 am, Daily Meeting / Announcements
9:10 – 9:30 am, Warm ups, Greet the day games
9:30 – 10:00 am, Speed & agility training
10:00 – 11:00 am, Technical (Skills) session
11:00 – 12:00 am, Match (game) condition, scrimmage
12:00 – 12:30 pm, Lunch
12:30 – 1:15 pm, Recreation Break, Game analysis (video on the screen / projector)
1:15 – 2:15 pm, Tactical session (player’s position related in game situations)
2:15 – 3:15 pm, Scrimmage (Game conditions) vs teams from the area
3:15 – 3:45 pm, Fitness training (endurance, strength / plyometrics, power-speed)
3:45 – 4:00 pm, Cool down, fun games
4:00 pm- Dismissal
Campers will enjoy a structured playing environment that promotes growth, healthy competition and love of the game.

Week 1: July 8 – 12, Week 2: July 15 – 19, Week 3: July 22 – 26
Week 4: Aug 5 – 9, Week 5: August 12 – 16, Week 6: August 19 – 23
Excellent facilities: grass fields, covered field house with state of the art turf, indoor gym and indoor lunchroom. Age appropriate drills, fun scrimmages, progressive match play. Professional Certified coaches. All campers receive an official camp jersey.

Transylvania training elements and focus by age:
Age 6: Controlling the ball, turning, dribbling and shooting.
Ages 7-8: Changing direction, pace of run, shielding, dribbling and passing for possession.
Ages 9-10: Improving sequences of movement. Emphasis on technique refinement. Shooting strength and footwork skills.
Ages 11-12: Solidifying technique under time, space and opposition pressure. Tactical planning individual and group training. Improve overall conditioning with soccer-specific exercises.
Ages 13-14: Solidify, refine and perfect basic technique and tactics; and adapt them to higher demands of match play. Develop team play-Tactical Functional training. Specific, targeted fitness training.
